FIRST SNOW
FIRST SNOW - Osmond received its first snow of the 2024-25 winter season beginning Friday, November 29. Some light flakes fell throughout the day, although the forecast only called for a "chance" of snow in the morning. The snow continued through Saturday, dropping a couple inches of the white stuff, with frigid temperatures in the single digits accompanying the moisture. A little more also fell on Monday, when cleanup on State Street took care of the small windrow. Warmer temperatures began on Tuesday with a high of 39 degrees predicted. Except for another day in the 20s on Thursday, the rest of the week looks nicer, with temperatures in the 40s and even into the 50s during the weekend.
