However, for Christians, Halloween can be an opportunity to remind ourselves that the light of Christ continues to shine through the deepest darkness. No matter how long the night, the light of Jesus perseveres, bringing hope and joy in the face of fear.

Trunk or Treat
Immanuel Lutheran Church hosted a Trunk-or-Treat event in their west parking lot on Sunday, October 27. Many little ghosts and goblins, as well as princesses, athletes, soldiers, superheroes and even a dog dressed as a hot dog were on hand for treats and games.
