The North Central Community Care Partnership (NCCCP), a local non-profit organization, and the Area Substance Abuse Prevention (ASAP) coalition would like to notify and invite community members to the Friday, Nov. 8, meeting, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holt County Annex Office, 128 N. 6th Street, in O'Neill.
