LINCOLN — For the week ending Feb. 25, 2024, topsoil moisture supplies rated 7% very short, 30% short, 61% adequate, and 2% surplus, according to the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service. Subsoil moisture supplies rated 10% very short, 41% short, 48% adequate, and 1% surplus.
Field Crops Report: Winter wheat condition rated 2% very poor, 5% poor, 33% fair, 48% good, and 12% excellent. The next report will be issued March 25, 2024
