OSMOND — The Osmond High School speech team has been doing very well in competition lately. They competed at Wausa on Feb. 10, then at Crofton on the 17th, and at Laurel- Concord-Coleridge on Saturday, Feb. 24.
Wausa Invitational
At the Wausa speech invitational on Feb. 10, Erica Heiman was fourth in POI, and Jade Halsey fourth and Erin Wagner, sixth, in informative.
For the junior varsity, Piper Hoff- man placed first in informative, and Addison Miller was sixth in persua sive.
Crofton Invite
The speech team placed third overall at the Crofton invite on Saturday, Feb. 17.

The Osmond Speech team competed at LCC on Saturday, Feb. 24, and placed first with 244 points. In second place was Humphrey with 228 points.
