Village of McLean Town Board Minutes
March 3, 2025
Opening The meeting of the Village of McLean board was called to order at 7 p.m. on March 3, at the village auditorium.
Notice of the meeting was published in the Osmond Republican.
The open meeting laws were pointed out and displayed for public viewing.
Member in Attendance: Tod Voss, Noah Crosby, Nykole Gray, Doug Levos, Loren Gerdes Approval of Agenda The agenda and minutes were unanimously approved by all members present.
New Business An update on reaiprs to the McLean Auditorium and other Village buildings was postponed to future meeting due to Marc Bailey being unable to attend.
Grant funding was discussed along with concerns about federal assistance being available. Further discussion will be done at future meetings.
As of now the Village mowing will again be done by Larry Gray. The board has begun looking for a contractor to mow the lagoon area with larger equipment than the Village has.
An open seat on the board remains. Interested McLean residents please contact Tod Voss, Village Clerk.

Doug Levos made the motion to pay these bills.
Noah Crosby seconded the motion Roll call vote Noah Crosby Yea Doug Levos Yea Nykole Gray Yea Loren Gerdes Yea Motion carried. The motion was passed to approve these bills.
The meeting was called to adjourn at 7:30 p.m.
The next regular meeting will be held on April 14, 2025, at 7 p.m.
