Cheese Ball
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese 3/4 C finely-chopped almonds 1/3 C mayonnaise 1 Tbl. curry powder ¼ tsp. salt, optional Chopped parsley Mix together and chill. Shape into balls. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.
