What was at first forecast to be an inch of snow on Monday turned into a Winter Weather Advisory in the afternoon, and changed to 3 inches of snow predicted through the evening. The advisory continued through midnight, but another was issued for Tuesday, from 6 p.m. until Wednesday at 6 p.m. More snow, with total accumulations between 2 and 5 inches, was predicted, along with slippery road conditions. The temperature dropped to at least -5 Monday night, with a high of only 10 on Tuesday and a predicted high of 11 on Wednesday.
