Baked Cheese Garlic Grits
1 C hominy grits ½ C butter 2 eggs, well beaten 1½ C shredded cheddar cheese ½ C milk 1 small garlic clove, minced Prepare hominy quick grits as directed on package. Stir in cheese, butter, milk, eggs and garlic. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Pour into 2-quart greased casserole or baking dish. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
