OSMOND — The Osmond Lady Tigers had a busy week, with a game at Homer on Tuesday, and games against Winside and Newman Grove-St. Edward at home on Thursday. Unfortunately, the Lady Tigers fell in all three matches.
Osmond vs. Homer
The Lady Tigers traveled to Homer on Tuesday, Sept. 17, and fell to the Knights by scores of 15-25, 16-25.
Sophie Gansebom, Abby Brown and Erin Aschoff each had 4 kills. Abby also had 2 ace serves.
Korrine Moes, Klaire Johnson, Alexa Aschoff and Gansebom had 1 block each. Leading in digs was Brianna Kumm with 13, while Gansebom had 9.

Osmond hosted a triangular on Thursday, Sept. 19, with Winside and Newman Grove-St. Edward (NGSE).
In the game against the Wildcats, Osmond won the first set, but lost the next two to fall to Winside 25-16, 26-28, 11-25.
Brown led in kills with 15. Gansebom had 5, and Erin Aschoff, 4.
Brianna Kumm had 4 ace serves, while Brown had 3. Alexa Aschoff had the lone ace serve. Kumm led in digs with 15, while Gansebom had 13.

In the second game of the evening, the Lady Tigers fell to NGSE in four tough matches, 22-25, 25-23, 14-25, 22-25.
Once again, Brown led in kills with 15. Leading in ace serves was Brianna Kumm with 4, followed by Brown with 3. Alexa Aschoff had 1 block. Brianna Kumm led in digs with 15, while Gansebom had 13; Moes, 8; Brown, 7, and Erin Wagner, 6.
