OSMOND — American Legion Auxiliary to Unit 326 met Monday, Sept. 16, at 7 p.m. The meeting was called to order by President Barb Rohde. Vice President Diane Borst and Chaplain Holly Koehler gave the opening prayer.
Roll call was followed by reciting the Pledge of Allegiance and the preamble to the auxiliary constitution, and singing the “National Anthem.” Six members were in attendance.
Membership dues are nearly 100% complete. Thanks were given to Chris Adamson and Diane Borst for the updated annual program and the letters sent to all members.
The standing rule regarding memorial donation for all ALA members was clarified and will continue. Diane was thanked for updating the policy.
The October 10 for 10 project will be presented at the October meeting. The district meeting will be held in Chambers on Sunday, Oct. 6, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The address is 102 North Norvell Street. All members are invited.
The Veterans Day program will be held at Osmond Community School on Monday, Nov. 11. Members will discuss the holiday gathering for November at the October meeting, which will be held Monday, Oct. 21.
