Coaches: Mickey Doerr, Assistant Coach: Karmen Koch TeamStrengths: Boys: The boys have talent from top to bottom but lack depth, so they have little room for error. They have the potential to punch a team ticket to State. With a solid summer of training under their belt, they will look to seize every opportunity they can as the season progresses.

Girls: The girls return a great core group of runners and reload with talented freshmen itching to make their mark. The team feels like they have unfinished business from the prior two seasons and have the ability to win State but they will need to prove they can consistently compete at a high level all season in order to finally break through at the end of the season.

Coach’s Outlook: Both squads have the ability to create immense success at the end of the season, but they have to consistently work towards it. They will face tough competition throughout the season and especially at Conference and inevitably at District, so if they wish to qualify for State they need to put themselves in a position to be successful well before the end of the season. The girls once again have the talent to win a State Championship and feel like they are capable, but as always they will have to prove they belong at the top
