OSMOND — President Keri Schultze of the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary to Post 7838 has been notified that Carter Gansebom, win - ner of the local 2023-2024 coloring contest, was also named the state contest winner!
Carter was awarded a unique cer- tificate with his winning picture on his award, along with a monetary award.
Carter is now a third grader at Os- mond Community School. Carter's parents are Tyler and Tiffany Gansebom.
