P.E.O local Chapter BE selected Erica Heiman as the recipient of the Chapter BE Marguerite Scholar and Citizen Award. Erica is the daughter of Don and Frances Heimann of Osmond and a 2024 Osmond High School graduate.
Chapter BE interviews high school senior girls who wish to apply for the award and base their selection not only on that interview but on academics, and civic engagement. Chapter BE has been offering these scholarships for more than 30 years to area senior high school girls.
In cooperation with P.E.O International Ch. BE can also assist eligible women in applying for an ELF loan for post high school education at a 2% interest rate. P.E.O International also has Grants and Scholarships to help women further their education.
