“A Divided Loyalty” is by Charles Todd. A young woman is found dead near Stonehenge. Her killer is unknown. Ian Rutledge investigates, but he has little to go on. The clues point him toward an impossible solution. It will make Scotland Yard angry enough to fire him. Should he pursue the leads or leave the case alone? Where is his loyalty? This book is in large print.

“The Mother Next Door” is by Tara Laskowski. Neighborhood mothers, the Ivy Five, plan a Halloween party. When a new mom moves in, the other mothers receive anonymous messages warning about exposing the neighborhood’s past. The Ivy Five must protect their families, but secrets begin to be uncovered. A malicious plot threatens everyone. Will the neighborhood carry on after the party? This book is in regular print.

“Mercy Falls” is by William Kent Krueger. Cork O’Connor becomes the target of a sniper on the Ojibwe reservation. Cork finds Eddie Jacoby, a Chicago businessman, dead near Mercy Falls.
