Last month, Elizabeth Tegtmeier, the District 7 State Board of Education representative, and I attended the ExcelinEd Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. Attending this conference offered me the opportunity to get a pulse on education across the United States. Following are highlights from that two-day conference.
